I was all set to increase tonight. I thought for sure she was off on another bounce with the +4 to +6, so the PMPS was surprising. Just when I think I know where she's going... Planning on holding to see where this goes. If she just dips into the mid blues and back up, I'll increase tomorrow morning.

The heat wave finally broke here, so I am enjoying more Bell lap time.

I think I’m going to set an alarm for +7ish to try and see how low she gets. I’m struggling a bit with how to approach this. I think it will go one of two ways:
1) She has 2 or 3 cycles in the low greens and then bounces (The Bell Classic)
2) She just dips into the mid greens for this cycle and then bounces back up.

1) doesn’t give room for an increase even if she isn’t spending enough time in the good zone.

2) most likely indicates I should pop back up to 5 units (which leads to its own set of questions but that is for another day)
 
Thank you, Staci. It was pretty interrupted sleep, but I’m honestly happy she is doing something (finally) on this dose.
