Doing another curve on Tiger who is at Day 14 on 5.5u of lantus. His numbers have definitely increased overall but from today's curve I think he seems like it should be OK to continue on 5.5u? Just looking for someone to agree with me and give me an idea of what to keep an eye out for next? So, if he continues to trend upward, how many nadirs above 150 should I see before increasing (5 of 7 days?)

I think you are good for an increase as you do want to see numbers closer to 100 as the nadir. But only increase if you have the ability to monitor.

I think of it the other way, how many cycles going under 150 do you see. You want that to be multiple by the end of 7 days. The last 7 days have only seen that twice and one fairly close to 150.
