Well, Niko is consistent, surprised to see the same usual AMPS despite his low event yesterday. He unfortunately had a bounce but cleared it.

I'm thinking the 2.25 was pushing his pancreas too much too fast, so hopefully this reduction will give his pancreas some room to do its own job and prevent the liver from throwing a tantrum at PMPS... we shall find out.
 
Hi Ana, wow you guys had a bit of a rollercoaster yesterday!
Niko seems to have come down nicely. Hope today is calmer one for you, and that this new dose is a good fit.

Right! He sure likes to keep me on my toes. I find it crazy how he sky rocketed to the 400's in the matter of 3 hours. His liver is pretty dramatic.

Hi folks. Looks like Niko is having a slow blue slide today. I need to leave in about an hour for my second job, I'll grab a +5 test but do you think it should be ok? I'm a little wary from yesterday lol.

Edit: I’ve decided to stay and monitor today since I’m not sure what his nadir will be today. I’ll go into work tomorrow when my partner can be around to monitor.

Right look at him go, a much gentler cycle today than yesterday. Now, will he bounce to the moon? That is the question…

Ugh yes they are the worst! Mine are hormonal — an awful mix of nausea, head pain, and brain fog it was so bad that I considered a DIY lobotomy this morning (jokes, of course!)

I've begged my hubby to smother me with a pillow on a few occasions.
I saw the note on your SS about the +1. That was most likely a food bump right outside meter variance. The numbers also bon around a bit for the first couple of cycles after a reduction.

yes, I’ve told my BF the same thing lol…

ah okay that makes so much sense! I was so confused and assumed he was going to bounce today until that +2. I’ll make a note of that for the future.

he is at +8 with an 86 so staying pretty steady :)
