Increase could be NDW? Or from brushing him at +3? Probably the former, I would think if brushing caused an increase it would be a significant spike rather than a gradual increase

Ugh. Up again. I’m beginning to dread dose increases.

Maybe I could do better to manage my expectations by just reminding myself that Charlie will probably either go higher or barely move on dose increase days…

Consider option #3. Bouncing from that fabulous amount of yellow he saw yesterday.
And one of the lowest yellows he’s had in a looong time! I didn’t realize they could bounce from yellows though

I think we can probably rule out the brushing (thank god because I didn’t know how I was gonna navigate that LOL). Is there a way to determine if it’s option #3 vs. option #1? Or do I just continue to gather data :bookworm:

You can't do anything different if it's either of those options. The next cycle or two of data may help you figure it out, if you really need to.

Bouncing happens when they get to numbers they haven't been used to. Lower yellows fit that description for Charlie. This too will change.

That’s a really good point: I can’t do anything about it anyway. I’ve been having to say that to myself a lot lately and learn how to be okay with it. I do like to figure things out and understand them, but that’ll come in time.

It’s been so nice to see those longer spans of yellow the last few days. I’ll let him know that it’s safe to come back down again…anytime now… :joyful::)

So excited to see all those yellows!!! I understand the frustration with the pinks mixed in but they'll go away too. I sometimes have to stare at the spreadsheet and just notice how much more of a different color is there than there was before. Progress is progress!

Come on down to the blueeeees, though, Charlie!! :bighug: How about instead of bouncing to pink from yellow, we bounce to yellow from blue? ;)
