This morning: AMPS 92, +2 54, +3 85, +4 77, +5 61, +7 68

'Morning, and happy Sunday :bighug:

I've finally got a day at home and was hoping to have a more relaxed schedule today with regards to testing give Noogi's poor little ears a break. But he presented me a 54 at morning +2 - is a first for us - so we're back on the testing/carb train again. He had a little high carb food and is back up again now, so will hopefully surf safely rest of the day.
I suspect he's not done on his dose-dive just yet but time will tell.

Relaxed Sundays for everyone I hope!

Hi Helen :)
Looks like Noogi is keeping you on your toes :D
I remember when Fistuk broke through the red (and black!) trans and discovered some blue and green he was going down in doses quite fast. It was as if he's body was readjusting quickly and I needed to give him token doses and keep testing all the time.
Hopefully Noogi's body will soon find a new balance and you'll be able to get some well deserved rest :bighug::bighug::bighug:

You guys are doing great! Keep it up Noogi!

All that green is so nice to see! You're such a good caretaker for Noogi and I'm sure he appreciates all the work you're putting in to help him. ❤️ He's doing so amazingly. :bighug:

That's exactly the stage we are at right now!
I'm still not getting that much rest, but for now I need follow his lead and see where he goes next to give him the best possible chance of healing :bighug:

I’m glad you got the answer yesterday about why to manipulate with carbs. These walls of green numbers have got to be healing time for him so it’s worth it. Your spreadsheet is an inspiration for folks who haven’t found the dose that moves their cat! Great job!
Thank you Tim :)
For several months it felt like Noogi was so all over the place that regulation was not a possibility for us. No-one is more surprised at this progress than me!
Just goes to show what patience, understanding, effort and support from others - together with a clear protocol to follow - can achieve.

Thank you so much Brianna :bighug:
He IS doing so well, isn't he. What a good boy.. Every day I am telling his pancreas to *keep healing* :joyful:
