? Low preshot expected; dosing help

Buster was PMPS 412 last night (Ketones 0.6). I gave the full pre-hospital dose of 15u.

Mealtime is about 1 hr away. His Libre is showing 109 (so actual is prbly close or a little higher). Should I try a reduction?
