? Feline Diabetic Neuropathy treatment sources?

I have been reading some great things on the use of Methylcobalamin for treatment of diabetic neuropathy . I Have seen a fair improvement in my cat's hind legs since he started on insulin about 20 days ago. I am hoping this version of B-12 could do much more for him . So where can I get it , how often is it given and what dosage? I found the link for the one available on Amazon.com and another CDN Methylcobalamin source on Amazon.CA ... it is for people but can it be used for kitties too?

A Human product is fine as long as it does not contain any sweeteners (xylitol is common but is toxic to pets). I'm not sure how a sublingual /quick dissolve tablet would work for a cat. A capsule version would be better since you can just open the capsule and sprinkle the powder into food.

My experience with treating neuropathy has been very positive. Several years ago I adopted Spot. She was an untreated diabetic cat with very severe neuropathy. She could barely walk at the time. When I got her, I immediately started her on insulin, a low carb diet and methyl B12. I started seeing improvements within a few weeks. Within several months you would have never guessed how bad her neuropathy was. By then she was running and jumping with no issues. She still had a little wiggle in her walk, but it didn't seem to bother her. Every cat respinds differently, but you should see some improvements.
