Good morning! Haven't seen a preshot blue in a bit . Based on his pattern he likely got down lower than normal last night. Big tell for me was he stayed in bed this morning instead of racing downstairs with Daddy to beg and plead for an early breakfast.

Started Visbiome this morning, switching from Proviable. Capsules are huge, so next time I'll do half morning and night. Also can't seem to find a full list of ingredients for them... anyone know what the medium is?

Do you mean the ingredients in Visbiome? Does it not say on the label?

DOH! I only looked on the box and felt like it wasn't listing them all. So the Microcrystalline cellulose is what is feeding the bacteria?
