omg!! Pookey has one paw on remission, he has almost perfect scale of colors on his sheet, now that he is having so much low numbers would you consider taking Pookey +6 or +7? to locate nadir's numbers so you can know when could you low his dose, he seems to be geeting on track very fast <3 but of course I may ask an expert here @tiffmaxee

Thanks Andrea! Based on the data I’ve gathered, he typically nadirs at +3. Then I test until he is flat or rising.

I do sometimes wonder if I’m missing something or making poor assumptions, so I appreciate you bringing that up!
 
I’d get some tests past +4. Lots of the tests you take at +3 and +4 are within meter variance. I’d get a +5-7 and vary which you select to see if rising slowly and when. He’s beautifully controlled. Good job. Nice to see tge green amps.

Thanks Elise! Since we’ve started, I don’t think any test past +4 has really given me any useful information. But things can change I guess. I’ll get a few more tests to see.
 
I don’t think he’s going much lower but curious when it rises to blue. IF green until the next preshot those numbers are the last to come down. If blue for much time you could consider an increase if he’s not where you want him. My best guess would be he’s green the majority of the time and no change needed.

Ah okay I understand, I hope that’s the case. It doesn’t seem like we have much room to increase even if we wanted to. I was actually thinking the opposite in a few days, maybe another reduction. Thanks for talking it through with me :bighug:
