Desperate for food help!

Hello everyone,
My cat is very well controlled on Bexacat, but she has recently decided to turn her nose up to literally every canned food I try. She is losing weight and the only thing she is interested in are Temptations treats (which she gets 3 or so of daily to try to entice her) and those Churu wet food treats - same thing, just to entice her. Appetite stimulants only work temporarily, and the vet just saw her and did blood work and said she has totally normal numbers in everything. This is a mystery…
She has always been on exclusively canned food, and I’ve tried basically everything, both store and prescription. It feels like trying kibble might be my only option. I know this is FAR from ideal, but I feel desperate. I’m wondering just how awful it is, and if anyone can recommend the “best” one out there for diabetic cats. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Edited to add - Young Again Zero seems to have very low carbs (compared to others) if I’m looking at this correctly? Wondering if this is a good option?
Dry matter analysis:
Crude Protein 57.9%
Crude Fat 28.8%
Crude Fiber 3.3%
Soluble Fiber 4.8%
Carbs/Starch (digestible)Trace <1%
Ash 5.20%
Moisture 0%

. I can tag a few members for you to see if they might have some advice about getting her to eat her wet food again

Have you been testing your kitty for ketones? I get concerned when I see a cat on Bexacat start to lose interest in food. Ketones, which can lead to DKA which is a serious condition and one that kitties on Bexacat can be prone to. You can test for ketones either with a blood ketone meter such as Nova Max Plus or Precision Xtra, or you can use urine testing strips available at most human pharmacies. Anything above trace is a concern. Tips to catch and test a urine sample

Here are some other tips:

Did the vet check the cat's teeth? Dental issues can be painful and result in a cat not wanting to eat.

Have you tried a little sprinkle of FortiFlora or crushed up treats over food to entice your cat to eat?
