At 38 I fed ,HC 14:% carbs , after 15min was 54 and fed little LC.

Hi Anna. Are you taking a reduction because of that 38?
I know with TR and long term diabetic under 40 gets a reduction.

If it has been 2 hours since you fed high carb/ honey, you can take a break from tests till AMPS.
