When following TR, you can shoot any number over 50 on a human meter as long as you can monitor and have supplies.
Are you afraid he won't eat?
You can stall without feeding to see if he comes up to a comfortable number for you. Sometimes stalling without food may drop the bgs.
You can shoot a reduced dose.
You can also skip.
The depot however will affect the first half of the cycle of you don't shoot or if you shoot a reduced dose.

Dear all,
Mitsos PMPS +2 75, +5 44..give LC & honey and re monitor 15 min.. I havent confirm the ss as the last days sometimes i have only view access...

He does look like he will earn another reduction soon, but you want to wait for a drop below 40 to take the reduction. Will you be able to monitor? How is your dog? If you a need a break, it is OK to take a reduction as a sort of vacation dose. You could wait and see what he does tonight. The token dose might drain the depot a bit and keep him in higher numbers.
