Her head seems a little better this morning, she did not scratch again after I cleaned her ears. I added a wet washcloth in front of the heat vent. I am not sure if I should call the vet or wait and see. She seemed bothered by her ears but it's better today after I cleaned them.
 
I just caught up a little, sorry to see Bella is having some ear issues. Is it both ears? Do you think it might be some kind of seasonal allergy? Oddly enough I find my German Shepherd scratches his ears a lot more in the winter months, to where he scratches the fur off the outer edges of his right ear. Hope it clears up, in any case :).

It's both ears but the right one is worse. It seems to be the case every winter, I think probably the dry air has something to do with it. I was wondering if Zyrtec might help, it helps her in the spring. Today I placed a wet washcloth in front of the vent and it's not worse tonight, at least. She did notb scratch it today.
