Gave a dose increase today up to 3.5 units Lantus.:facepalm:
Would like to see more blue and dark greens in her spreadsheet. Don’t like all the yellows lately.

I’m going to cook some of the 20% lamb recipe today, which I had the nutritionist formulate so I will have it on hand if needed.

Have a safe surf today. Stay warm (in the 20s here now, brrrr)

good luck with the increase! Still I don't understand what happened after the vet visit. She did great on 3 IU. Isn't it?

Hi Heike, I know. I’m still confused as well!!
But on we go. Deal with today not weeks ago. No choice!

Hi Staci, you are so right! Deal with today. Seems like Ivy gives you enough to deal with today. :cat: I hope she steadys a bit and just surfes in good numbers without going crazy low. Have a nice day! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
WOW, she really took off with that dose! Happy you are around to monitor- hope she comes back up safely and doesn't go too high--good luck with the new dose--will you go back to 3 units? Does she get an automatic reduction for the 50? Sending SAFE surfing vibes....hugs! :bighug:

Thanks, Christine. No that 50 was on the Libre, so it’s highly on a handheld device. No reduction based on that number.
However, depending on this cycle I may dial her back to a skinny dose tonight. Sometimes she does better to go slower than full .25 unit increases. (Kind of like cement shoes with her :eek:)

Hi Shelly, boy you’re not kidding. It was a very busy day. She was not amused with the poking going on. I have some fresh scratches to show for my efforts :rolleyes:

Wow she's had a beautiful cycle today.
I wish you lived closer to EWR also. Especially since I'm back here tonight cause they canceled my flight home :arghh::(
