Kona has being doing this thing lately where she's demanding I put various freeze-dried toppers on her food. I'm starting to just walk away then she eats what I give her no problem, but might take 5 or 10 minutes.
Spoiled! Her sister never complains.

6:15am - Fed 4oz of TruLuxe Quick N' Quirky (0.4% carbs)

As expected, we just started a fresh insulin pen so it appears to have more of kick than the last pen. You know, I feel like the generic glargine never was like this... I could use those pens to the last drop and feel the efficacy was the same. I'm slowly starting to think the name brand Lantus might not have as good of preservatives or something? The Lantus starts to get weaker when you get down to the last drops. Yes, I always keep in fridge. I'll try to track when I open new pens better and will write on them.
