Not sure what is going on with Bell and these numbers, dang. I know the new dose needs some time to build up, but I feel we're moving backwards here. C'mon Bell! But on we go...

For the +4 I dropped my meter and it read 70 when I picked it up. Then it proceeded to error out a bunch of times. Luckily I had bought a spare for this very reason, and it came back with a more reasonable 297. Altho, maybe I should drop my meter more often

Good luck with the new dose. Sometimes they just need more insulin. I found if Neko didn't get green for 5 days, she get a little glucose toxicity, meaning more insulin to break through.

Thanks Wendy. Is glucose toxicity a permanent thing? Or it will just take more insulin in the short term to get her back under control? I guess I feel some pressure to getting her regulated in the short term, just because I know the possibility of remission decreases the longer they have diabetes. I'm afraid of not being aggressive enough, but I (of course) want to make sure she is safe.

Haha, i thought it was funny too. I'm glad I repoked her tho, that drop from the 300's to 70 startled me a bit. Hope you get some sleep tonight, Staci!
