Hi, I was advised to administer 1 unit after reviewing the current status of Baby's response documented on the SS to the insulin dosing. I will feed her LC wet food and recheck her at +1 before I go to work. I will not be able to check again until +6.​

I am checking in to make sure I am doing this correctly.

I think since the depot will be in play you should reduce to .75 instead of 1.0.

Just remember if Baby drops under 90 you will need to reduce to 0.75 units

as for dosing leave out lots of food as the higher depot will likely effect the next 4-6 cycles.

Hi. I am definitely stressed out of these low numbers. I have to get back to work. I am late but I am testing one more time before i have to go. I have out HC food. I also gave her 3 ML sugar water, waited 15 min retested. Gave another 3 ML sugar water and retested at 30 min She was eating more so I waited 15 min to test one last time before leaving.

Hi, I check Baby. She is at 263 PMPS. I am going to give her .75 as advised because Baby dropped below 90. @tiffmaxee @Diane Tyler's Mom GA I I am checking in to make sure i am understanding correctly. hopefully I have corrected all of the pages, titles and signature info.

@tiffmaxee and @Diane Tyler's Mom GA I am up with her checking and feeding her HC food. She is eating, drinking etc. I took tomorrow off so I can better focus on her care.

Yes, if you are following SLGS, every drop below 90 is a reduction. You would go down to 0.5U tomorrow morning.

@Bandit's Mom Yes. I am following SLGS. I am reading and reading and learning with obvious struggles. I just wanted to make sure that is what I am understanding according to the SLGS protocol. Thank you for your guidance.
