Good morning.

Still "meh" for Mikan.
Normally, I would go back up, but I'm being extra conservative right now, due to my work schedules and DH being out. (He would normally feed her while I'm at work if needed)
I will see how she does today and reevaluate the situation each day.

Wishing you all a wonderful day!

Hi Kit, hoping she decides on some gentle action today. Smart to be cautious with no backup today.
It takes so much planning and balance with work and life, doesn’t it? ;)
We want action but must be careful.
Wishing you a calm cycle today while you are out.
Behave, Mikan. No funny stuff while Mom is away work
Hope you have a nice day, Kit :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Good morning, Staci.
It's really a bummer to be at work when I suspect she may be trending down :nailbiting:
There were days when I got home, frantically looking for Mikan to make sure she's okay. I can't tell you how relieved I felt when I saw her come out of her hiding place, yawning and stretching!
Actually, DH is out of town for a while, so I am a bit more nervous than usual. This isn't the first time of course that I managed Mikan on my own but I like to exercise extra caution!
Wish me luck to stay sane :p
Wishing you and Ivy a wonderful day, Staci! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I hope Mikan slides down and surfs safely. I always hated not knowing what Furball did while I was at work. :bighug::bighug:
Thanks Carla,
I totally agree. Sometimes I wished I could have taken Mikan with me to work (she would absolutely hate it :p).
Not only do I worry about her going low, but also I may be missing a good nadir number....
Well, ce la vie. Gotta play the cards I've been dealt! :p
Wishing you a very nice day, Carla! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Oh yikes, Kit. How long will DH be away? I would be very nervous, too.
I know what you mean about worrying while you’re out.
That’s why I love my cameras, so I can keep an eye on her (Full disclosure, I have a few cameras so I can watch her areas that she hangs.)
It gives me huge peace of mind to be able to check on her. Especially that I can watch if she’s eating her snacks from the times auto feeder

I know you’ll do just great. You do such an awesome job with Mikan! But sending extra hugs of support anyway :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

I've always wished Kit was better about cars so I could bring her to work with me. She could hang out in my office while I'm doing things, and the students would be delighted. Alas, she is the exact opposite of all of that.
Yup, if there were better transportation means, I'd definitely try :p but car ride is just too traumatic for Mikan.
I've seen those videos where people have a cat sack and their kitty quietly held in the backpack or front sack thing - seen those? Think that may work?

Yeah, yikes. But it's DH's annual fishing trip. I have tried to set up a bare minimum schedule so I can be as flexible as I can without over-committing myself.
But there are times I just have to be away from home :spam: :spam::spam:
I just have to be a bit more conservative and cautious while he is away - til Saturday next week o_O I just have to hold the forte :p
Camera is a great idea - I'll look into that. Thanks for the idea!
I very much appreciate the extra hugs and support! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I have seen them! Alas, not for Kit. Girl freaks regardless. What I need is teleportation! Beam me up, Scotty!
