Good morning, Kit. Miss Mikan being flat as a flounder made me laugh. That’s a good image!
Hoping today she decides to plump it up and get her bathing suit on and head to the beach. Not be so flat.
I was glad to read you got to the store for the human feed!! lol.
Did you go out for brunch?
It’s a bit cooler here too this weekend and rainy, so less outdoor time for me
We are coming to the end of good pool days, which is always sad to see.

Mikan's taking time to get down. I hope she keeps at it though!
We were able to go out for brunch yesterday before the weather changed suddenly to pouring rain
And this morning, we just came back from outdoor breakfast. Gotta enjoy the weather while we can!
The season is moving along. Something about the sun's light, shadows, and air feels different.
It does make me a bit sentimental.

I agree that I feel like the shadows are changing with the angle of the sun in the afternoon. So I know what’s coming soon
I love the summer and don’t look forward to the dark and cold. Hate wearing coats and all that stuff.
Dinner was lovely last night. One of our favorite restaurants so that was great. And I love the break from cooking.
And best of all Ivy stayed up and I could even relax a bit. Hooray!!

(I remember my mom who always says, everything is so delicious when someone else cooks

So happy to see her in more than one green this cycle. But looks like she's on her way up.
The unexpected big drop at +2 meant she was planning to shoot a rocket
And she launched this morning Wish she wouldn't be so reactive, but this is my drama girl
I know what you mean about getting dark and depressing. Such a bummer.
