I have a couple questions:
1) Watson's numbers have looked pretty darned good the the morning part of the cycle but the evening part seems to stay really high. I can usually test the pm part up to +3, then I go to bed and just look at the reader for the number during the night. Should I be making any adjustments to the dosage?

2) Waston has been on Visbiome 2x daily since July 27th and although he isn't having liquid poops that are still pretty wet and mushy (pudding consistancy). How long does it normally take to have more solid poops? I have enough to give him until 8/10, should I be ordering more?

I’m giving Visbiome forever. Are you still feeding YA? I’m wondering if that’s the cause of the soft poop. I’ve see. That happen with other cars. Has this ever happened before? When did it start? Could it be a food intolerance to YA or the protein you are feeding?

@tiffmaxee
We started with the YA in April, 2024. They get 1/3 of a cup at "lunch time" and 1/3 of of a cup at midnight. This is shared between 4 cats. The runs starterd July 6th. No other food changes. They get wet food for breakfast & dinner.

What are your thoughts on the insulin dosage?

Is he getting any prebiotic, such as psyllium husk powder? That can help the poops too.
@Wendy&Neko
No he isn't. Is there something you'd recommend?
I just ordered two more boxes of visbiome but I'm going to have to cut down to 1 packet a day soon because sadly I can't afford $200 a month.
I also have a call in to my vet to ask for suggestions. His food hasn't changed since we switch to low carb in April so I don't think it's food related.
He also had a 10 days course of antibiotics a couple weeks ago which didn't make a difference at all.
