Then she dropped after shot to 86 15 minutes later on her sensor :confused:

Been an odd morning and I didn’t realize that I never posted this morning because I was out of it from lack of sleep overnight:arghh:

She’s been higher and bouncing up and down today so I can only assume she’s reacting from a couple days of lower numbers. I guess she needs to sort it all out today:rolleyes:

Just hoping she doesn’t plan a very low overnight yet again. I wish she would do all those low cycles in the daytime, but obviously I don’t get to pick.

We ended up going out last night but staying closer to home, since she was somewhat lower all day and I wasn’t quite sure what she was gonna do even with higher carbs. It all worked out just fine.

Ivy has been showing great numbers since you went up to this dose, but it is so hard for you.
Hope there will be a happy medium somewhere, somehow.

Yea, this dose does put her into active mode. It just pushes me to the limit. Just need to find a dose that’s good for both of us!

Hi Staci. Glad you got to go out. I hope Ivy comes down and doesn't go very low overnight, so you get to catch up on some rest.
Butch usually does the same, he wants to party at night. Today I was expecting a bounce and he surprised me with a very low number.

Hi Diane, I appreciate your sweet thoughts. I just hope she doesn’t tank tonight. But when I see lots of yellow I get nervous of what’s to come :banghead:

Hi Madeline, I’m glad Butch is showing some nice numbers! That’s so awesome.
I wish they would only do the party in the day. The nights are so rough.

Hi Heike, you’re so right. Ivy doesn’t follow trends. She likes to set her own path. And I have to follow her windy way :rolleyes:

I hope you and Binie are doing well today and she’s itching less. I’m always hoping to read that she’s less itchy!!

Hi Staci, Ivy seems to be the cat version of a diva. :cat: I really hope she was not just taking a break today to be active tonight! :rolleyes:

Binie is already active on her new dose and it is way beyond my bedtime. Her skin seems to be less itchy five days after I stopped the antibiotics. And she is licking her breast less, which is a good. sign. Unfortunately it is difficult to look at her breast closley and the main wound is under her arm. I bought a new ointment. which should help her to heal. The colour is orange, which looks quite dramatic on her white fur. :p

I keep my fingers crossed you can sleep in your bed tonight and can catch up some sleep. Always remember, even if cats are nocturnal creatures, we are not! :) Hugs to you and Ivy! :kiss:

I hope you can get some sleep soon. You know I feel that pain too closely.
I just can’t function after a no sleep night.
I’m happy to hear Binie is itching less. And the orange ointment must look so odd on her fur. Good thing she doesn’t know.
We just need it to help her heal!

I’m sending you good wishes for sleep tonight. And in your bed, too :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I really can’t function, Cecile. I am doing the bare minimum in my life just to manage. It’s so difficult. I don’t do well with little or no sleep.
I absolutely don’t have super powers.
I’ve said before I really think this continual sleep deprivation is harder than when my kids were babies.
You are so lucky Bella is very stable and you don’t have these overnight dives where you need to steer her with food or watching and testing all night long.
I keep hoping Ivy will somehow become more stable and flat instead of the wild swings she produces :banghead:
