Hello! I read you but do not post every day, but all is well.
Except for the hairballs. She vomits hairballs often, this summer. She does not let me brush her too much, and when I do i pull a lot of hair, so I guess it's not unusual, but that still wories me (not to mention the waking up... I hate that noise when I'm asleep! ). Do you have ideas of things that might help?

Kit usually has more hairballs during the summer than she has this summer - she's still grooming but not as much as usual, so she's not inhaling as much hair as usual. All that to say - at one point it was recommended that I try powdered egg yolks mixed into her food (or just eaten). Apparently the yolks are good for hairballs? Worth a try, maybe.

But also, that hairball noise is the one thing that is guaranteed to wake me up. It's firmly implanted into my brain. :joyful:

Thank you, @Staci & Ivy :) Bella has them maybe once a week in the summer, never the rest of the year. She had a lot while we were gone in June, probably it was at the time when she was losing the most hair. She does not have long hair like Ivy but she has a lot of fur.
@Alicia & Kit cat , yes. That noise is impossible to ignore. Kit is just in between my kids ;) my daughter was born in 2006 and my son in 2008.
