He seems fine, still playing fetch. He's more vocal when he's annoyed, so I'm keeping an eye on this. And I'm seeing some growth in his face and paws, unfortunately. He's gained some weight; he's at 16.6 lbs currently. I'm thinking these furshots lately are due to his skin being more thick/ dense since he's always been so easy to shoot; this recent weight gain must've made him more dense in these areas (I'm guessing on this).
