Amps 343 Libre

Well there’s a bounce all way to pink this Amps. Ivy dipped lower overnight and saw green:D
I had no idea, never heard the alarm around +6. (Must have been out of it) ;)

That explains the big ugly bounce this morning. Wonder how long until she returns to Earth.
Painters coming this morning, hoping they’re not here all day.
I need to grocery shop.
As always, my little furball dictates my schedule.

Ivy had a nice green and blue series yesterday! ;)
Her bounce has become much more far and between - you are doing such a fantastic job managing her numbers, Staci!
Hope painting job won't bother Ivy too much today.
Always something, isn't it. One of our laptops lost the screen :eek: I'll have to take it to work to see if I can hook it up to the screen and back things up o_O
At least, it's a thing, I'm telling myself. Everyone's healthy (except for FD) and happy - that's what's important!

Hi Kit, oh jeez sorry about the computer screen. That’s always a headache!! But you’re so right, it’s a thing!!

The most important thing to remember is the health and well being of those we love ❤️

Ivy is already come running down and now at +3 she’s screeching in a dive.
Guess I’m hanging around for a long while to manage this!! :eek:

She had a very nice cycle least night. You must have been exhausted since you didn't hear the Libre alarm going off. But I'm glad you got the rest you needed.
Ivy needs you to be rested and ready to tackle the day.
I hope the painters don't stress her out too much today and that you will be able to do your grocery run.
Slow down sweet girl and just make your way down to the beach slowly meow. No rush. Nestle will be there :cool::D:bighug::cat:

Ivy is at the beach today with gusto! She’s looking for Nestle and their friends :D:cool::D

I can’t believe how quickly she jumped all the way back down today. So far I’m staying put until she comes up :)

At +4 fed tsp 12.5%
Tested on Contour just past +4.25 and she was 104 (Libre not reading at that moment, probably bumped up from the carbs given 20 minutes earlier).

Had a hard time getting blood to bead up. It spreads on her fur on the edge of her ear. Had to poke her about 5 times to get enough blood to sip up the strip.
(Wonder if I shave her ears it would help.**I poke the inside of her ears, they are lighter colored than the back side).
I hate that it happens often I can’t get a good bead to suck up, just spreads into her ear and dissipates) :arghh:
(She hates it too, can’t blame her).

Sorry to hear it was difficult to make blood beads again. I know very well what you are talking about. I hate seing the blood sipping in the fur. :banghead: And so far I didn't really found out why it is working perfectly well sometimes and sometimes not. I red about a device, which should help to draw enough blood and make nice beads: Genteel Pet test. It sounds good but the reviews I read online are mixed. Have you ever tried it?

Hope the painters already finished their job and you can relax tonight! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Heike, yes she had a very nice active cycle today. I didn’t want To leave home with her in that range. Plus I fed snacks to keep her coasting along and tried to test her several times.
I’ll have to look into that Genteel produce. Maybe it’s helpful? I’ve always done free hand but really having problems. (It may not help that there’s transdermal medication on her ears now too, even though I clean them every day :banghead:
