Another active cycle last night and a familiar jump back up to the pink this morning
I hope she'll come down soon to the descent level.

Morning Kit, Mikan sure had a nice cycle last night!
Of course she had to get the pink start this morning ,what does she think she is a Mexican jumping bean

Mikan's decided to hang out in the high blue this morning. Better than pink, for sure.

Mikan's stopped at the blue for now - hopefully getting ready for the evening session!
She ought to really retire from the jumping competition. She may think she's going to Parison for the Olympics.

Same. Completely irrational, completely untrue, but my brain can't help but go there.Any time I see pink or worse, I end up blaming myself - like I've done something wrong. I know that is not true but it feels that way.
I try to remember that I wouldn't treat someone else the way I do myself, but it's hard to remember in the moment.

Looks like Mikan was just trying on different dresses today, probably getting ready for the week ahead.
I feel like Heather's prediction might come true as she's usually pretty on the ball.
Hopefully you can get some sleep tonight and get ready. And please never blame yourself. You're doing such a wonderful job and you're so dedicated to Mikan and her needs.

Hi Karolina,
Thank you for your kind words
I know it's her way of trying to adjust but it's hard to see the extreme highs
That's one thing I have a hard time getting used 
But she gave me a quiet evening last night. Our internet and TV were down so I just read a book sipping a bit of wine- it was nice and peaceful. And I was able to go to bed early!
I feel rejuvenated this morning
