Today is day 8 at 9.0u.

Purrl had another good day, though not as spectacular as yesterday. She had a little lump in her pancake today since AMPS were 166. ;)

We'll see what tonight brings.

Hope everyone had a good Monday.
Still a lovely cycle, Janet. Purrl is doing beautifully on this dose:D How is she feeling?
I hope you’re doing well with this dose as well.
Sleep well tonight and congratulations :bighug::bighug:

Purrl's feeling fine. Doing Purrl things, although she opted not to go outside today. Was a perfect day for sun, but then the grass guys showed up, so all the kitties come in when that happens. :p

I was lucky last night and got SIX straight hours of uninterrupted sleep. That's not happened for a while. Just getting ready to wake Purrl for a poke and see how tonight may go.

I’m glad she’s doing so well. I’ll bet the kitties run from the lawn mowers. How many cats do you have?
Lucky you to get 6 hours. Sounds heavenly. I can’t even remember so much sleep!!

I presume you got the latest blood work and urine culture results for Purrl? Just following up on the last vet visit stuff.

Yup. Her info's in the lab tab. Slightly elevated kidney values, and all clear for urine. We'll do bloodwork in another couple months unless I notice anything odd.

Looks like she's potentially early stage kidney disease, on the edge for concentrating urine. Not uncommon for acros (if she's that, which I suspect). Keep an eye on the protein in the urine too. It's fine at 1+ but higher and you may have to check for proteinuria.

We're down to 3 cats now. Alice is an orange stripey thing, about 11 years old and Simon is a gray and white lanky guy almost 6. Nobody likes the mowers. :p Their outside is in a screened room about 4 feet off the ground and we keep the door cracked so they can come and go when it's not too hot or humid. So when the big, bad, noisy mower machines come, they all skedaddle indoors. :D

I will do that. Thank you, Wendy!
