Looks like the 1.5F isn't quite the right dose. (Saying that hoping she'll prove me wrong)

For kitties who don't hold reductions well, an option is to wait for 3 drops between 40 and 49, or one drop below 40 before reducing.

The last time I lowered it from 1.75 to 1.5, she had hit 37 that day. Im not sure what to make of whats happening at the moment. Its just going up and down and up and down, but the downs are getting higher lately. Do you think I should increase again to 1.75 tonight, or wait till tomorrow or....?? I just went to 1.5F (which is really just in between doses) because she was always dropping on 1.75. I can hold anything above 40 but like i said, the last time I decreased because she hit 37. It seems like she must be so sensitive to even a drop either way. Has anyone ever done different doses for am and pm? Im wondering if that might help. Like 1.75 during the day and 1.5F at night?
Sorry I just reread your message, where you said to hold one drop under 40. I can do that.

She hit 37 on 1.75 units with the 2.0 unit dose still influencing the cycles. And here's the thing about dosing. A cat's insulin needs change over time. Anything over 2 weeks old is old news. That 37 was 2 weeks ago.

Since this dose has seen green, you can hold it for 10 cycles, then decide what to do. I just don't like seeing her over 300, much less 400.
