The high AMPS is him bouncing from the 300 point dive in yesterday's AM cycle. Vet stress could also have contributed to the higher numbers.
Can you feed a part of the food (can be a small amount) you feed with the shot at +2. Let's do this in all cycles and see if we can reduce the bouncing by reducing the diving?

S. Boulardii - you can stop it. It isn't causing constipation, if that's what you are worried about. Although, if his poops have previously been soft with YAZ (before the 2-3 bout of diarrhea), you might want to continue S. Boulardii at a "maintenance dose" which is 2.5 bn CFU twice a day. Since your capsule has a dose of 10 bn CFU, you would give 1/4th capsule twice a day.

I think you want to do this in every cycle:
  1. Feed a part of the meal that you give with the shot at +2 (whether you test or not)
  2. Start with a test at +2 or +3. If you see a good drop, feed and test again after an hour or two (depending on how much the drop is at +2/+3)
What we are trying to do is to "flatten the curve" with food. Sharp drops like you saw yesterday morning, also cause bouncing. So testing and feeding every hour or two in active cycles will help you slow drops and in turn, reduce bouncing.
