Day 2 of loose poops stuck all over his hind foot. Is it the low carb food doing that?

Watson is a beautiful boy!
Before I knew about feeding low carb wet food to cats, I had an elderly girl that absolutely refused to switch over to even wet food (let alone low carb!). It really can be difficult to switch some cats over.
 
So is there hope for my four? I also have a non-diabetic girl 14 and she can’t afford to lose any weight. She is currently fighting liver cancer and has to have an appetite stimulant as it is.

Poor sweet baby. Try posting using the question mark in the drop down title and something like “loose poops help” in your title to get some attention to a question you may have. I hope this helps you get some answers.
