I just got the Nova Max and wanted to know how accurate is the reading? Is there any adjustment I need to do to the reading I get so that I know what my cats reading is. For example if I test her and the reading on the Nova Max is 154 is that her true glucose reading?

You don’t have to make any adjustment in the readings.
If you tested and it said 154, that is her true reading. But keep in mind there can be a 20%variation in all glucose meters according to the manufacturers.
Do you have a spreadsheet or a signature we can have a look at?

That won't be necessary we don't test her that often. She is 17 and doesn't have much tome left
