I'm getting tired myself, Tyler was a real ball breaker tonight :p
Going for hip and groin injections on May 7th.
Doctor asked me if I wanted to be put out, I said hell yeah.
Told the anesthesiologist to inject the stuff that puts you out nice and slow because I love that feeling lol.
So for now just taking it easy. I miss my walks , hurts too much if I walk a lot, but hopefully these injections work and I can get back to taking my walks.
Let me go feed this pain in my butt lol, he just won't shut up.
Talk to you tomorrow, :bighug::bighug::bighug:
@Alicia & Kit cat
I hope the injections help! My younger sister (39) has had at least one hip injection of something for extreme pain, and I think she got another one this last week, or will be next week? And then if that doesn't work, she has to have surgery, which will put her out at work for almost 3 months. Oof. I hope you're able to get back to your walks soon! :bighug:

Thanks Alicia , I feel so bad for your sister , They said I am no where needing a hip replacement thank God. I hope another injection will help your sister, she's so young :bighug::bighug:

Good meowning,
Beautiful start this AM. I hope she holds on and the 12% doesn't shoot her over the moon, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Kit is doing so so well and soon you two will be snuggling and relaxing all day long.
Have a good day in class

Lovely cycle so far and not too extreme.
Now your students better behave as the professor sacrifices her time with her kitty to give them a lesson! ;)
Have a great day, Alicia!
The 12% was definitely a good call. I think she would have gone a lot lower if I'd gone with lower.
They definitely are aware that she reigns supreme. And anytime they (or the shop staff) want to derail things, they just ask about her because I will go on and on. :joyful::joyful::joyful:

I don't think it's a replacement yet, I think it's surgery to rectify a possible tear? She's been in a flare up since December and can barely walk sometimes, which isn't great when she works at a truck stop deli and has a 45 year old. :( I'm hoping the shot works, because being out of work will be hugely expensive.

Morning Alicia very nice cycle so far, hopefully she won't jump that high with the 12% food, I'm sure she will get back to greebs if she does
Hope you have a good day :bighug::bighug::bighug::D
No jumps to higher numbers, so the 12% seems like the right choice. Yay!

She held on! Now I'm home for a couple of hours to keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't go too low.
The bonus of me going in while my colleague took the meetings from zoom is that I can do zoom on Thursday if I want and she'll take the in person part. Yeah, co-teaching!

Great job today (and always,) Alicia. Kit was a good girl and hung on for you. :DHope your day is going well with all that juggling of back and forth to campus!:bighug::bighug::bighug:
Thanks, Staci - I'm so ready for less going back and forth. I hope Ivy is doing well today (someday I'll have the brain space to be better at looking other threads again).

I get it, some days I can barely get dressed with so much going on up and down, testing, reinstalling Libre, researching, ordering supplies, making food, working, cooking dinner....bla bla bla..:arghh:

@Wendy&Neko - this is cycle 11. Other than a drop to 69 a few cycles ago, it's mostly been 80s and 90s if she hits greens. It seems like there's room? I'll be home all day tomorrow and could monitor. Tuesday morning, in theory, I go in to teach, but could be on zoom if I need to monitor. There isn't really anything on my schedule I can't rearrange to be able to do so. Thoughts?
