Hello all! Have a good week! We’re on the same dose for a week now! Generally she goes well! Yesterday she was close to hypo (pm cycle +4 50) . Gave hc and didn’t go lower! Do I stay in the same dose? What should we do?

Is she dropping even after eating the food from the auto-feeder?

Normally we do not reduce till the BG drops below 50, and if you can monitor over the next few days, you want to hold the dose. If work schedules do not allow you to monitor, it might make sense to reduce. You can always go back up if she doesn't hold the reduction.

Hi Bhooma! She is dropping even after eating! She has a very steady eating schedule as we have the automatic feeder 24h every 2h ! If we see very low we feed extra mc or hc. Even after hc she looks pretty steady without huge bounces. It is a little difficult to monitor these days to be honest! Maybe I will reduce and if it doesn’t work I will go back to 0,75! Thank you
