Good morning.

Doh! :banghead::banghead::banghead:
Perhaps it was a matter of time that Mikan found her trampoline
I tried my hardest to squint my eyes but it still was pink.
At least I may be able to go for grocery shopping. It is a tricky morning because of the city marathon and road closures. I may have to go all the other way around to get to the store :rolleyes:o_O

Happy Saturday!!

Good morning, Kit. Well, I guess as we usually say, Mikan earned her trampoline bounce this morning from last night’s little little drama party she gave you.
I hope it wasn’t too stressful. I see she saw some lower range numbers.:D:D
Hope you were able to get some sleep at a reasonable hour. Looks like you will be able to get out today since she is playing on her trampoline.
That’s interesting about the marathon road closures. You must be close to the city if It will change where you’re able to access.
Which marathon is running near you today?
Good luck with rerouting to get to the grocery store.

Glad I did that yesterday so it’s out of the way. My store tends to be crazy on Saturday.
Hope you and your gang have a great Caturday :cat::bighug::cat::bighug:

Morning Kit, get to the grocery store quick so maybe you can beat all the traffic because of the road closures. I hope you were able to get to bed at a decent time last night. Hop to it my friend and head to the grocery store :p I hope Mikan slides down safely today :bighug::bighug::bighug:
Just in case you didn't see my post from yesterday , you may want to fill in the rest of her PM numbers on your SS from last night (4-19) the +3 and the rest

Good morning Staci!
Yeah, I think you are right. Mikan did earn her bounce - she's done well this week. And she's rapidly coming down this morning - Hope I can still go get some food for humans
The race is SLC marathon. The course goes around the area we live in and it's tricky to get to places o_O Every year, this happens and every year, I think, OK, I should plan ahead to get things done on Friday. And then, of course, I forget  Argh.
At least it's a nice day and I hope everyone is the race enjoys whatever they do (typically, they run? Of gosh, running for such a long time. How do they do that!)
Happy Caturday to you and Ivy too! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thanks Diane, I totally forgot. The numbers are now in!
Mikan's coming down running. Just when I thought I could go out for grocery shopping!
Hope she steadies herself and I can go out to get stuff!
Have a great day Diane! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hello Kit and Mikan.
Looks like our sweet girl is just ensuring she still got her moves. I have a feeling she will shortly make her way down to the beach. I hope Nestle is also there, but won't know till I actually get home from work.
Hopefully you can find a way to the store. I hate marathon closures, cause if I work those days it usually affects my route to work. Over the years I kinda figured out when each marathon happens and try to be off, for that reason.

Anyways, wishing you and the furry gang happy Caturday :cat::bighug::cat::bighug:

Hi Karolina,
She did make it to the beach! (yayayayay!)
But it took me 2 hours to do the grocery (normally less than 1 hour) because of darn road closures. I took a different route and of course, there were closures not because of the race but because of some work that they didn't finish during the week  Okay, detour. Oops, then I ended up joining million cars waiting to cross the street that was blocked off for the race. Police was letting cars go only if there was a big enough break of runners, so it took forever just to cross the darn street :mad::mad:
It may have been quicker if I signed up for the marathon and jog down to the store
(Of course, that would be a bizarre picture of me jogging back with grocery bags)
So I missed testing Mikan at +4. Glad she held at 50 at +5!
Hope you are having a nice Saturday. Off today? Packing?
Mikan sends her :kiss::kiss::kiss:

A high start, but she's coming on down! Maybe she heard there was a race and got confused? Or she didn't want you to have to deal with the stress of trying to get out to get groceries? :bighug::bighug::bighug:
Hi Alicia,
As I was telling Karolina above, I got stuck in the marathon road closure and construction zone closure, ended up spending twice as long to get the shopping done :spam: And the store didn't have all kinds of things - probably the delivery trucks couldn't get through either
Of course, that's when Mikan decides to go lower. Caught her at 50, thank goodness.
On top of this, I just remember that I forgot to get Italian Zest dressing I use to make marinade for Lamb I was going to cook tonight. Damn!
I'm not going anywhere now though, not until the race is over.

Your message made me laugh. I actually pictured you running down the street hanging on to all those grocery bags, among all the other runners :p:D:joyful:

I actually just finished work and will race home, in my car though, to check on Nestle.

Hi Kit, glad you made it home by +5. she had a nice cycle today.
I hope she has a nice cycle tonight, no parting tonight.
Here in Lyndhurst N.J. they are doing so much road here and detours every where. I can't say what comes out of my mouth when I hit one lol.
I hope you and Mikan have a nice night.
That's one food I just never had a taste for is lamb.
My daughter just loved it. :bighug::bighug::bighug::cat:

Hi Diane,
Isn't it crazy when all kinds of road work is being done?
Sometimes, there are orange cones everywhere but no one is working on anything? Just blocking the street :mad::mad:
Lambs can be gamey - I marinade the heck out of it when I cook it at home. I like it ;) if I can eat it right away. Can't have leftover - gets really gamey.
Hope you and Tyler had a good Saturday! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
