Good morning,
Flat cycles yesterday. Gave increase this morning to 4.75 units Lantus (yikes!!!!)

Highest dose she’s ever been on.
Appetite still not great. She will eat some from bowl on her own at initial serving with me putting bowl under her face to eat the rest. Snacks are mostly by me bowl feeding her.

We are at over 2 weeks on the methimazole transdermal for hyperthyroidism. We go back for follow up labs May 6th. (That will not be a fun day as she will need sedation to be handled).

Ivy has shown great progress lately - definitely more greens :D:D:D
Come on Ivy, let's work on it and get down to beach!

Oh, good luck with the increase, I was hoping she was eating better on her own, but at this point, it just may be she likes the wait service :rolleyes: Hope you both have a good week! :bighug:

Good luck with the increase. Hopefully this sunny start will lead her towards the beach. I'm sorry you're still having a hard time convincing her to eat. I hope that changes soon.

Hi Karolina,
Gato Meow is not too thrilled with food but we are catering to her sweetness with bowl feeding. Hoping she continues to eat ok.
I have a feeling she may work the juice sooner than later.

Thanks, Diane. We need the positive vibes! Please send more for tonight. It will be dose 2 of the increase which makes me nervous, especially overnight.

You may be right, Christine. She’s kind of spoiled, which I’m fine with. Just want her to feel ok! Since She can’t tell me which it is that’s what concerns me. :(

It seems Ivy was being lazy most of the day and she's deciding on visiting the beach again tonight.
I'm sorry Staci, I really hope you can get some rest. Try my alarm clock trick. I promise it gets easier.

I did close my eyes for a wee bit and the alarm went off to wake me up (works like an alarm I guess). Thanks, Karolina :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
At +10 Ivy dropped to 40s on Libre.
I fed a teaspoon of 6% just try to bring her up a little bit in preparation for feeding her and shooting into 2 hours. She then dropped to LO on the Libre. I tested her and got a 63 on Contour meter. Then tested again, five minutes later and got 90 on the c
Contour.
This was of course, after the 6% food, a few minutes prior, so might not have kicked into her system yet.
Not sure what we’re gonna be doing at shot time in an hour and a half.:eek::eek::nailbiting::nailbiting:
 
Tested at +10.5 96 on Contour
(Libre not reading at the moment, again when sitting in Lo’s, sometimes tends to stop reading)
Ivy is not happy with all the poking. :(
