Good morning!
Nothing exciting here, and I am so happy about that.
I bought a small black-light torch after I found a "puddle" of pee when I came back last week, and was horrified last night: there are stains all over the carpet. Some must be old, from hairball pukes, but some were definitely new and pee. I treated everything and will steam the carpet, but do you know any reliable way to prevent that from happening? I caught her just before she peed again, I think she could smell it and was confused. At least she looked very confused!

Glad all's well in Belleville :bighug:.

I am petrified to get the black light for exactly this reason . I remember reading that cleaning the area very well with an enzymatic cleaner works well. I'm sure others have more specific advise for you.

Yes, the enzymes work very well, some of the stains were disappearing as I was "pshitting" them under the light. She was sick while we were away last summer and puked and had diarrhea on the basement stairs. I cleaned those several times, and still, they were so bright, it was disgusting. I know what I will do this week when I'm home!

Hi Cecile :)
Happy to hear Bella is well. Searching for pee spots sounds not fun at all.
I don't have suggestions for pee removal besides the enzyme. I wouldn't dare to get a black light torch for here...
Hope you're having a lovely Sunday and that spring has finally arrived at your place :bighug::bighug::bighug:

No idea what's happening tonight! My guess would be that she kept getting lower after +6 and is bouncing. Or this morning was a FS, I had a doubt.

My husband said he saw her eating something, either a bug or some food on the floor, maybe cereal. That might explain her PMPS. Oh well, she is going down so hopefully it is nothing of concern.
