Good morning :coffee::coffee::coffee:
Woke up to a Libre Alert this morning at +10 to a low alert of 53. Decided to get up and give her a teaspoon of 6% just to make sure she was high enough to shoot in two hours. Not sure whether she would’ve come up on her own or the teaspoon helped, but she was able to eat her regular 6% meal and get her shot.
She seems to be having this pattern of a late nadir and a late dip in her cycle. :rolleyes:

Last night was a nice cycle after a flat am cycle.
Who knows what today will bring. Wishing you all a safe surf and a happy Friday.:cat:

Weird, right? I know nadirs can move around, but this is a somewhat consistent shift. Plus I get those sensor alerts at around 4 AM, so that’s a little jarring to wake up to :eek:

Still bowl feeding to some degree. At least she will start off each am and pm meal eating some from the bowl herself. ;)
Snacks are hit or miss.
Hope you and the gang are all well and you also have a dark green bg weekend ahead.:cool::D

Hope this very rainy gray day passes, I assume you’re getting the same weather I am :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I'm glad she's eating at least a bit on her own. Kit will eat from her bowl at shot time for the most part, but snacks are still in the "must have the bowl brought to her and maybe someone holding the bowl, or at least rotating it so she doesn't have to work as hard" mode. Eric fed her least night and was telling me that he tried telling her she is perfectly capable of extending her little neck to reach the other side of the very small bowl. And then he turned it around for her because we're both suckers. :joyful::joyful:

She had a beautiful cycle last night and a nice start this AM. Glad to Libre alerted you to her drop this meowning. That little bit of food def brought her AMPS up but at least you could shoot comfortably.
My boys and I wish you a peaceful furrriday!

That’s so funny, Alicia. At least you and Eric are both experiencing the same Catering needs of Kit cat.
I think Ivy has developed a new need for all this Catering. She used to be self-sufficient with the food but now that she’s developed another condition, I think she’s milking it. :banghead:
And of course, I’m a sucker cause I need to eat so…:bighug::cat::bighug:

LOL I run into this same issue with Falafel. My sister tries to be strict with her too, but we all end up caving.
We are just at the mercy of our kittens :P

Good meowning, Karolina, I was wondering if that little bit of low-carb did the trick or if it was just that she was going to rise on her own?
Getting out of bed at 4 AM was a little rough, even more rough than my normal Wake up call. ;)
Seems like she’s bouncing now from that early morning dip at the beach before anyone was awake. :cool:

I'm pretty sure Kit could eat it on her own, she just likes being spoiled. But she's pretty cute, soooooooo.... I'm easily swayed. :joyful:

Same here. Rain and fog yesterday and they're calling for more rain today. I think weather is kinda bad everywhere.
I'll be flying today so hoping all goes well and I'm back in time to give Nestle his PM shot.

Yeah, it's miserable here, but the fog was awful yesterday, so despite the rain and clouds, it's better than the fog. :bighug:

Hi Staci, not a bad cycle today at all. I think I told you before Tyler wakes me up every dam morning either 3:30, or 4:00 AM to eat :banghead:
Forget about an auto feeder , the noise of it opening up would scare the crap out of him. He's afraid of his own shadow lol
I can't even take the garbage bag out the the pail without him taking off.
I hope you can get a somewhat of a decent sleep tonight.

You asked me to let you know how I made out at my appt today with my pain management doctor. I'll have injections done on May 7th in my hip and groin. Could have gone this coming week but I'm tired of doctor spots.
This week I have my regular check up with my cardiologist ,I have A-FIB
Haven't had an episode in many years with the medication I take
Then this week regular appt with my primary for blood work
I'm falling apart :p

Hi Diane, thanks for letting me know. I’m praying the shots will help you get major relief. Please take care of yourself and be careful how you move. As we age we have to be so careful. I’m glad your AFib is under control. Good job with the meds. :)

Ivy was very flat and low key with her cycle today. I just hope it’s not another all nighter. Mom needs some sleep :arghh:

Funny about Tyler being so scared! Such a baby!! And he needs to let you sleep. Especially since he needs no insulin or testing!!

She’s breaking a bounce tonight from a flat am cycle, so I could be at this a while tonight. PJ party over here.
