She's definitely feeling better! As soon as she got up today she ran to her bowl. It was empty of course, lol. But at breakfast she was very happy and cooperative, took her pill (though she didn't know it) and went off to do her kitty thing.
Still worried about potential heart issue but I'll try to forget until her next vet appt.

Try not to worry to much about the heart issue too much until her next vet appt. I know it's hard not to, sending prayers that everything will be ok

There really is! I'm hoping it was just because she was feeling sick and scared. We're going to celebrate her 15th birthday in a couple of weeks, and go from there.

Glad to see pmps lower, but it makes it harder to know how much to shoot since monitoring and getting her to eat more is not a given right now. Ugh. I think her previous numbers got higher because of pancreatitis but who knows?
I guess I'll drop number a bit to see how she does. And hopefully I can ck her again at +2.
