Some cats go high before clearing the bounce and maybe that's what she's doing today.

Btw, you want to feed higher carbs at +6 only if is she continuing to drop. Otherwise, feeding carbs late in the cycle can reduce duration and contribute to higher pre-shots. Does she get food affter +6 in all cycles?

Yes, almost all cycles. She gets very fussy if I don't feed every 2-3 hours. I reckon it would be better if she didn't but she literally won't let me sleep at night if she doesn't get at least a tiny snack. Best I could do is to opt for the very low carb food.
