**Update: Boy oh Boy......24 on the True Metrix, Oliver had become shaky on his feet and very anxious. Fed him one can (2.7 ounces) of 20% wet food and put a tsp of honey on top for good measure as I have never seen a blood sugar so low. I probably over did it but rather be safe then sorry. I know that the libre runs around 15 minutes behind the handheld too and I have tested him before when he was in the high 50's on the libre and hasn't been this much of a difference. I'm going to reduce his lantus at Pmps. How much should I decrease it? 0.25 or 0.5.
I think Oliver just wants my constant attention today. He is still howling all day today; everytime I get up he thinks I'm getting him food. I continue to say that Oliver is equal opportunity blood sugars. He will spend time in yellow and pink and then he decides to spend time in blue and green.
