Happy with Falafel’s nadir for the AM cycle
The vet said if she doesn’t pass anything for a whole day to take her to the ER but I really, really cannot afford that right now (still recovering from her earlier ER stay and the initial expenses after the DX).
I gave her 1/4 tsp of Miralax with her food this morning, a bit of pumpkin with her second meal, and 25 mL of SubQ fluids to keep her hydrated. Hoping and praying we get some poop today. Last time she was at the vet and got a laxative, it took about 2ish days for it to take effect (same with my last try of the pumpkin) so I’m thinking of waiting and watching for Sunday as well. That would be day 2 on the Miralax.
