Today is day 3 on 2.25u.

We will increase to 2.5 tomorrow.

As I suspected, Purrl doesn't have any issues eating from the feeder - other than it doesn't turn fast enough for her liking. Although there have been attempts, none of them have broken into it, yet.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Caturday.
That’s great news with auto feeder success!! I wonder if they will attempt a break in.
Ivy never has. So I find it so that other cats do.
Good luck with the increase for Purrl :bighug::bighug:

I would surely like to see some numbers under 200. I keep hearing the Talking Heads song "We're on the Road to Nowhere" in my head on repeat. I think it's Purrl's current theme song. I'd be willing to set aside my aversion to The Beach Boys if only she'd do some surfing! ;)

I've got the feeder set in such a way that it's partially under a cart to discourage tampering. One of the cats did pull it across the floor some - likely Simon. He's a big guy. Once the novelty wears off, I'm sure we'll be fine.

I set up a better system for elevated water and food for Purrl today in the kitchen. She's used an elevated plate for awhile, but the water fountain also needed to be raised.

I got a much needed nap today! And slept right through Purrl's 3:30 autofeed. Since she's not pestering, I'm sure she ate. She's been good at listening for the turning and I keep it in my office/cat room where she hangs out a lot. Since I was napping I missed the 3:30 test, too. At this point of still little change, it doesn't matter much. I'll catch her at PMPS.

Thanks for the encouragement.

You will see changes as the doses get better for her. As they say, patience. And it is true. But we encourage each other and kick around ideas here to help each other. So hang in and hang out. You’re doing great and you’re so new to this!!
