So after working really hard to get the times right for DST, I went out last night and got home really late and overslept this morning and Karamelle got her shot an hour late. Im so mad. Her numbers have been looking so good the last couple days I thought we finally had that break and were on the right track. i hope this wont throw everything off. I will start over like its DST again and back her times back up to the original shot time. Sigh.
Should I have done or should i do anything differently? I started to post here when i woke up but it was already so late, i asked on the FB diabetes group and a couple people said to go ahead and give the shot, so I did. What should I expect to see with the late shot?

First don't be so hard on yourself :bighug::bighug::bighug: did you at least have a good time at the concert?

Shooting an hour late could act like a dose decrease. At PMPS you could shoot a half hour early tonight and then a half hour early tomorrow night to get back on schedule. You could also up the shot time by 15 minutes per cycle.
There is a third option. If she's high enough, and you can monitor, you may be able to shoot at +11. It's best to post for advice closer to shot time if shooting more than a half hour early.

One hour late isn't so hard to make up. A good trade off for the chance for you to get out and have some fun. :) Nice to see Karamelle behaved last night.

Thanks. I wish i could say i had a good time last night. It was nice to see her perform again, but shes old like me (she two years younger) and she isnt what she was. Oh well. Im going to back up the shot time by 15 mins each time, like I did for DST. It wont be hard, just frustrating.

Well, she dropped a little today, but came back up after a meal. I hope she doesnt bounce too high after this.

Or could it just be a reaction to the late shot this morning?
No, if you had shot early, maybe a reaction cause shooting early can act like an increase. But since it was a late shot, a reduction well earned.

Oh ok. I gave a sliver less than 1.25, but I will reduce to 1 tomorrow morning. Thanks.
