3/4 Tiger Amps Hi, finally some activity, 103 +4.75

:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:;) Keep monitoring, he may not be done yet! Way to go Deb and Tiger!!!:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Ty Ruth! Yep that was the low point but probably partly my fault giving hi carbs to slow. I tried some LC first but never slowed it down. I just wanted to stop before 90 so we didn’t take a reduction. That’s the part I don’t like about slgs, almost impossible to get green without going below 90. Only a 10 point margin between a green 90 and blue at 100. I don’t know how others do it. He just doesn’t respond to lower carbs when he’s falling like that. The Libre shows if he’s falling fast , straight down arrow, or slowly with an arrow pointing partially down, and he had the straight down arrow. Such a dramatic kitty! At least he surfed for a couple hours in blue….now if we can just stop him from bouncing tonight.

Best part was that he played a couple times today and wore himself out actually. Sleeping at my side now with a cute little snore going on.
Have a great day, Ruth!

Hello everyone, finally seeing some movement after increse but does he have to be so dramatic with it! Slowed him down a bit trying to prevent a big bounce but I think he’ll find that old trampoline later today…

Have a wonderful day all!
Nice blues, Tiger! Glad to see some movement, Deb. He tired himself out. That’s so sweet. Snoozing by his mama. I love reading that about Tiger.
Give him lots of pets from me.
Have a nice and calm evening. Hope he doesn’t bounce too hard.
Nice and mellow there, Tiger :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Deb, Loved reading that Tiger was playful! He probably feels so much better in those better numbers!!!:joyful::joyful::joyful: So far Tiger doesn't look to be bouncing to the heavens, but he could do so, don't get discouraged! His blues today were great to see and as his liver gets used to lower numbers, things will settle down! I think we need to find you some dependable middle carb and separate higher carb foods to use when he drops. Are you familiar with Dr. Lisa's Food List? People that have done this a long time learn to control those drops with medium or higher carb foods. (I wasn't great at it, I over fed the carbs out of panic!:nailbiting:) The challenge will be finding new foods that he likes and that don't upset his poor tummy. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: Hope you and Tiger are having a restful and wonderful evening!

Thx Ruth. Yes I have Mc food but I was out of his favorite flavor (restocked tonight) so I used HC. He mostly eats the MC but it’s always flavor of the week I have to figure out! Yes I know that list and used it to look up his usual foods. He has become a picky eater which he never was when he was younger. Back then he liked the same thing every day every meal, Friskies tuna or salmon. He now tires of food and I have to switch it up. Having to keep something in his tummy every 5 hours is a challange.

Hopefully no bounce tonight and more blues to come! Have a great night and Ty for the info!
