Insulin 45 minutes Later than Usual

Hello Guys,

I had given my cat Sandy (diabetic female) some cat food around 7:05 am and I usually let her eat and give her shot around 7:45 am in 12 hour increments. I however fell asleep for a bit and woke up at 8:15 am and gave her her shot at 8:20 am. I also gave her around 10 g of kibble before the shot at 8:15 am. I made the choice to do this as I missed a shot yesterday and didn't want to miss 2 shots 2 days in a row. Its Sunday here and my vet is closed and I forgot my tracker at my cousin's spot where Sandy was staying for a while. I'm really worried on what to do next and if I made a mistake giving her the shot.

Should I be worried? Is it okay to move shots like that and if not, how can I move my shot time healthily around if I need to change it to a new time?

Do you have any tests that you have done in the past to enter on your Spreadsheet?
If you do can you please add them.
What meter are you using?
Can you please add that to your signature so members know .
On your spreadsheet can you fill in at the too where it asks Diagnosed Insulin, and Meter

Unfortunately I dont have any tests I can log from the past into the spreadsheet at this moment. I am using AlphaTrak3 Pet Meter.

Can you put the date your kitty was diagnosed on your spreadsheet up too where it says Diagnosed , on your signature after you have Caninsulin and that date if that's when your kitty was diagnosed can you put after Caninsulin can you put DX so we know that's when your kitty was diagnosed

The late shot with Caninsulin shouldn't be a problem. I'd adjust your PM shot in 15 minute increment though until you're back on schedule.
