2/24 Tweety AMPS 246 +1 212 +2 186. PMPS 308

Hi Teya, I hope you and Tweety are doing well. Sorry to hear you think she has a UTI. Sending you both hugs:bighug::bighug::bighug:
Than you Staci, I am not sure what I hope. I one had I hope she does have a UTI as it would explain why she is not trending well/lower on 1.5 and why she is not like Velcro on me/crying at the litter box. On the other, it would be way too soon after her most recent one. So, Monday we will find out.

BTW... learning to read Libre numbers just past the exact "on the hour" from AMPS, etc. They seem to vary/go up from the moment I am viewing. Not sure if you noticed this too. For example at exactly 7:45 she read 174. I just went back at 8:15 to read the 7:45 numbers and they "registered at 185. So I cross checked her Libreview Reports and sure enough... 185. Interesting and good to know! Hope you guys have a great day!

I think the system takes an average of the numbers (retroactively). I try not to worry too much about it. Not enough of a difference between 174 and 185. All within meter variance so try not to sweat small numbers like that just don’t worry about it.

I just hope Tweety feels better. Hopefully you will get some answers early next week. :bighug::bighug:

Thank you. One question... I noticed there is a Max and Min listed for the hour on the Libre Reports. Which one do you place in your SS? I never thought of that until now.

I use the bg I check at the 1 hour mark from when I gave the shot. If I see she falls significantly after that, I will also mark that bg in the block on her SS.

Hello Teya. I hope your vet gives you anwers tomorrow. Why did they not want you to increase? I'm just being curious.
I think to see if she has an infection before increasing. She's not a fan of going back and forth of doses frequently. She thinks it's better to find an appropriate dose and hold it. I'm going to talk with her about that tomorrow.
