Off to work, be back at PMPS. Hope you all have a smooth day taking care of our needy cats! :cat:

Kona ate her meal this morning thank goodness. Had to do a topper half-way, but I feel like now she's playing games. She appears to be back to her normal self with all her tricks. More vocal, sassy, comes to the bed about 30 minutes or so before I wake up to rush me into waking up. Some of the normal behaviors are returning.

I'm NOT going to give her Cerenia today in hopes tonight she'll eat her dinner just fine. I hope this is not too premature, but if there's anything serious still going on, I don't want to mask it.

Good morning Jason so glad to hear Kona is feeling a lot better and eating better. Paws Crossed that she’s moving in the right direction back to her good old self. Hope she has a great day and you as well.:bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
ER vet called, no bacterial infection was found in the urine culture, this rules out a UTI.

Regular vet called, fecal sample was screened for 20 different internal parasites, but they didn’t find any.

So… we have no answers as to what happened. Vet said it is probably safe to just move on with life and just monitor.

I set up a box in the room for Kona to nest in, she’s having a great day at home it appears.

I'm so relieved to read Kona ate a good breakfast and you are skipping the Cerenia. Hopefully she will eat her dinner and seems to be getting back to normal!!! Good news from the vet too. That picture of Kona is so cute!:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
