Good morning,
Yesterday Ivy worked her dose again in the am cycle. Fed higher carbs at pm cycle so she stayed higher while I went out for dinner. She stayed safe and that was great.
I woke up at 5:30 am to a drop on Libre, reading 143 (gulp). It looked like she was diving, but she bumped up by the time I had to feed and shoot 1/2 hour later.
Have a safe surf and a relaxing Sunday:):cat:

Good morning Staci!
Nice start of the day, Ivy!
Let's get down to the beach and play with Nestle! Mikan's trying to get down there too ;)
I think Ivy's trying hard to get used to the lower BGs. She's doing great with this dose!
Hope she gives you a gentle slide down today!
Happy and relaxing Sunday to you too! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Kit, I think so too. She’s working this dose alright. These girls are in sync.
I hope Mikan has a gentle cycle today and you can try to catch up on some rest. It’s been a very active week for you!!
:bighug::bighug::bighug:

I hope date night was fun! We're doing a bit of a double date afternoon? This might be my new thing since afternoons are so much less stressful than evenings (I know you understand).

Scritches to the fur kids. :bighug:

Enjoy your date, Alicia. I agree. Afternoons are better. At least with Ivy, she tends to become more stable after +7.
My stepson wanted us to have brunch (I just laughed…. right now she’s so volatile in the first several hours there’s no way I would leave the house and go do that, so that was a hard pass).
Now a +7 lunch I can do!
Hope Miss Kit is having a great day, too :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Staci and Ivy.
Looks like she's staying the the sunny zone today. Nothing wrong with that. Gives you a little bit of a break and time to get ready for this new week. Who knows what she and Mikan have planned. I swear these girls discuss every week with each other haha.
Glad you could do your dinner date yesterday.

Have a good night

Hi Karolina, love the kitty airplane graphic :)
I do think the girls conspire on many days. Cats….
Hoping tomorrow Ivy gets back in the groove of greens.
Dinner was nice last night. We met up with a friend who had a break up this past year (and we saw his ex girlfriend a few weeks ago). We are Switzerland on the breakup. Love them both.
Keeps things interesting….

I hope you’ve had a nice relaxing weekend. Nestle is doing so great. Hope he and Peanut are behaving.
Have a nice evening :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I'm sure Ivy will start fresh tomorrow. New week, new numbers, new adventures?

And so nice of you and Hubby to keep in touch with both parties. Unfortunately so many friendships end after a divorce/break up when people take one side over the other.

As for Peanut and Nestle, both my boys are good. Keeping me happy. They bring so much joy. Last night Peanut was being Silly Billy (see pic below)

Love the silly Peanut pic. Such a cutie. Tongue out. Thanks for sending it for us to see. I’m showing Peanut to Ivy. :)

We would likely skip a brunch if only because it would mean the bf would have to wake up earlier. The boy can SLEEP.

:p:p
well I can’t use that excuse….I'm up at 5:30 am for Ivy :banghead::banghead:
I used to be more like your sweet BF :bighug::bighug::bighug:
Maybe in college I could sleep like him (doubtful though - 3 days a week I worked the 5 am shift at the YMCA, and the 3 other days I worked the 7 am or 8 am shift), but even now, in our 40s, bro can sleep until noon or 1. It's those days he's lucky I don't do irreparable harm. You know, because of the lack of sleep on my end.

He is certainly talented in the sleep department at his age! And he’s lucky you haven’t done harm.

I have the same situation, when my husband complains that he’s so tired and he slept till 730 or 8 o’clock. I just look at him like… really, I’m not even interested in your situation.
Plus he’s a really great napper and every Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon he has a strong couple hour nap. Even when I try, it’s not in the cards for me. Too much on my mind :banghead:
Men!

I'm so jealous of folks who can nap. I've never been good at it, and if I can do it, it's because I'm sick, so then it doesn't even get to be truly enjoyable.
