Your SS say you are following modified TR and your signature says SLGS. With SLGS you don't shoot below 90. With TR you can shoot any number over 50 - when you shoot a lower preshot, you want to be around to monitor.

You can shoot if you're following TR and can monitor. You want to test and feed a little food at +1 and +2, since you're shooting lower than you're used to.

She's at 88 now. I do have enough test strips and honey, also got a human glucose paste that's supposed to work super fast. I just don't have a car, so that could be a problem if she goes so low she needs to see a vet.

You can shoot the full dose and you can keep her safe with testing and feeding. Even if you shoot a token dose, the first part of the cycle will play out the same way due to the higher depot.

Okay, done! Fingers crossed for a nice cycle when should I test again? It's now 50 minutes after AMPS, so maybe start with a +2 or +3?

Yes I did! She's at 94. I filed it under +2 on the SS since I shot almost an hour later so +2 is actually +1, I think that's okay right?

In the SS, you would put "77@+12, 88@+12.5" in the AmPS cell and put the 94 in the +1 cell since it is 1 hour from the time you shot her.

I'm really pleased with her numbers so far! She's acting pretty lethargic today, but I'm guessing that's just because she's not used to surfing these greens. She's eating well and alert when called upon. Currently grooming her pretty face after her latest meal

Yes. Till they get used to lower numbers, they will feel like caffeine addicts without coffee! Once they do, they love them.

She definitely did! There have been some food changes, I've been able to slowly incorporate some wet food back into her diet, but any more than 1 can/pouch a day still gives her diarrhea, so she's not on wet only yet.
