Today the ketone strip gave it much darker than lately, I will monitor it closely. It has traces for sure. It's possible it's from the high numbers these days . Maybe I shouldn't leave him so many days with high numbers.

Hi there, your kitties numbers are kind of like mine.

Tweety had a hypo event and I reduced her from 2u to 1u (at the time we were using a pen/pen needle.) Since last Friday we now use syringe. So I can give her .25 increases instead of these full 1u doses. If it were not for this board I would not even know about that as an option. We were diagnosed in August and I am still trying/learning every day. I just wanted to say hello and let you know I am thinking of you/your kitty!

Hi teya nice to meet you...we are diabetic since may 2023 and he has barely changed his spreadsheet,or more important for me is not his numbers but his health status...he is fine he eats well and is playful...I am still always looking for information to help my cat to manage his diabetes as well as possible..... See you around. I barely have time ... I am studying, I have a 3 year old baby and 4 cats and a dog ... little by little we will get to know each other and share things ... if I don't talk to you is that my life is very busy ... sorry ...

Whenever I have a little time I catch up on the forum kitties... I am also studying nursing and have a lot of exams... but I'm sure I can answer you if you visit me. Here in the forum is like a family always help with anything.
