Lovely AMPS today. Might have something to do with the U-40 syringes you used last night. You accidentally gave her 2.5 times as much insulin! You can mark the dose as 2.5* units in the spreadsheet, and put a note in the Remarks that you accidentally used a U-40 syringe.
